We did not begin with a ready-made catalogue of services. Our expertise has grown on real machines — from electrical work and control systems to machine safety and complete machine solutions.
Our journey
Every new project demanded broader knowledge and greater responsibility. Instead of remaining within one narrow discipline, we kept learning the entire machine.
Building a company while delivering demanding projects was not always comfortable. A small team had to diagnose legacy systems, design new solutions, ensure safety and build its own delivery capability at the same time. Those conditions shaped Solvix.
Our starting point was the combination of advanced automation with a clear understanding of manufacturing companies’ needs. Hands-on work in industrial electrical systems, control-cabinet assembly and electrical design created the foundation for taking broader technical responsibility.
We first learned existing machines — their logic, limitations and maintenance problems. Servicing Siemens S7-200 and S7-300 systems, migrating drives and upgrading contactor-controlled machines to the S7-1200 platform expanded our scope from repair work to complete retrofits.
Modernizing a 250-ton press from the 1980s required new fail-safe controls, safe position feedback, a renewed electrical installation, feeder integration and clear HMI production data. The project strengthened our press-control expertise and naturally led us deeper into machine safety.
We began analysing safety functions, required PLr and the machine’s actual behaviour during failures. We modernize emergency-stop circuits, light curtains, guards and interlocks, then translate the audit findings into design, software, implementation and testing.
Robotics, vision systems, drives, complete electrical work and in-house cabinet assembly brought our earlier experience into one delivery process. In March 2026 the partnership became a company, while a growing team expanded our capacity. Today we are developing Solvix toward complete machine building — from concept and risk assessment to commissioning.
It was not one big leap. Every difficult commissioning, legacy drawing and new layer of responsibility moved us one step forward.
